The Manna Journal exists to help you make informed decisions about your health and supplement routine. Everything we publish is created to be accurate, evidence-based, and genuinely useful — never to oversell a product. This page explains who creates our content and the standards every article is held to.
Who writes our content
Articles are produced by the Manna Editorial Team — an in-house group of writers and researchers who work alongside our product and formulation specialists. When an article covers a clinical or physiological topic, it is reviewed for accuracy by a qualified reviewer before publication, and that reviewer is credited on the article.
How we research and source
- We prioritize primary sources: peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses indexed on PubMed/PMC, plus guidance from recognized health authorities (e.g. NIH Office of Dietary Supplements).
- Claims that reference research are cited in a References section at the foot of the article so you can verify them yourself.
- We distinguish between what is well-established and what is still emerging, and we avoid overstating benefits or implying that a supplement treats, cures, or prevents disease.
Medical and editorial review
Health-related articles go through an editorial review for clarity, balance, and accuracy. Where a topic warrants clinical expertise, a subject-matter reviewer checks the content and is named on the page. Each article shows the date it was published and, where applicable, a “Last reviewed” date so you know how current the information is.
Updates and corrections
We review and refresh articles as the evidence evolves. If you spot something that looks inaccurate or out of date, please tell us at [email protected] and we will investigate and correct it promptly. Substantive corrections are reflected in the article’s review date.
Advertising and independence
Manna sells the supplements discussed on this site, and many articles link to relevant products. Our editorial recommendations are not for sale: product links never change the underlying guidance, and we do not publish content designed to mislead readers into a purchase.
Not medical advice
Manna’s content is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and Manna products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting a new supplement — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
