What are liposomes?

Do all vitamins/supplements need to be liposomal?

However, using liposomes can still help these nutrients navigate your body more effectively and make the most of every dose.

There are also plenty of vitamins like vitamin C, which is water-soluble and does not absorb well naturally. This is where liposomal encapsulation is particularly helpful. Why is sunflower oil used in your products?

Non-GMO sunflower oil is used to create our liposomal formulas. And liposomes are what make our supplements so unique as this ability allows the nutrients to travel safely and ultimately absorb better. The amount of sunflower oil used is just a few grams per serving and contributes only a tiny amount to the poly and monounsaturated fat (the healthy fats) that you consume.

Note, that there are no saturated fats (the bad fats) in our products. This amount of sunflower oil has no outstanding effect on the body whatsoever.

HOW TO TAKE

How do I take Manna's liquid supplements?

All of our liposomal supplements are liquids! Depending on which supplement you’re taking, you can measure one serving and take it off the spoon, or take directly from the packet. You can also mix them with a bit of water, juice, or any other drink. Just remember, like any good habit, consistency is key. So we suggest taking them every day for the best benefits!

How much of the supplement do I take?

Each of our supplements has a unique daily serving size. Please refer to the Supplement Facts box on the bottle and read all directions. If you have trouble seeing the print, supplement facts are also included in the image gallery on each of our product pages for your review. When do I take the supplement?

You can take the recommended daily serving size at any time of day, either with or without food. However, if you have found that your stomach is sensitive in the past, we highly recommend taking your supplement with food to prevent any digestive discomfort.

How many servings are in one bottle or box?

All Manna supplements contain either 15 or 30 servings. Please check the Supplement Facts on the back of your supplement, or check the product page on our website for details. You can sign up for a subscription and choose a 30, 45, 60, or 90 day billing cycle to make sure you never miss a day!

Why should I refrigerate Manna supplements?

While it’s not required, we highly recommend refrigerating your Manna supplements once they’ve been opened. Our supplements are made from naturally-derived ingredients from a wide variety of foods, and just like the real food in your fridge, refrigeration keeps the supplements fresher for longer. If you've left your supplement out for an extended period of time and have any concerns, don't hesitate to contact our customer care team for help.

How long do I have to use the supplement after opening?

Since Manna supplements are 100% all-natural, they do expire after opening. We recommend using your supplements within 45 days after opening, which is why we never include more than 30 servings in a supplement. If you’re consistent with your supplement use, you’ll finish your supplement with time to spare!

Can I take multiple supplements at the same time?

Yes! All Manna Supplements are designed to be safely taken together in any combination of your choice. If you are concerned about potential interactions with another brand of supplement, please reach out to our customer care team with details.

Will Manna interact with any prescription medications?

Manna supplements contain naturally occurring nutrients that are widely considered safe when taken properly. While Manna contains well-researched ingredients taken by many people with no adverse interactions, we always recommend consulting your personal healthcare provider before starting a new supplement regimen - especially if you have an existing medical condition, are taking medication, are under 18, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. What if I experience side effects?

Most people are able to take Manna with no side effects at all. Are Manna products certified organic?

Our raw materials are held to a higher degree than organic certification as their standards have not caught up to the complexity of our formulas. However, we always test for multiple contaminants such as pesticides and heavy metals to ensure that our materials are safe. Keep in mind, we’re constantly investigating pathways to improve our products and we’ll continue to integrate certified organic raw materials into our products when they prove to be advantageous over current choices!

How are orders shipped?

My tracking link doesn’t work. Where is my order?

We apologize for any inconvenience! If your tracking link isn't working, don't worry – you can still track your order. In addition to the link, your tracking number is included in the confirmation email. You can use this number directly on the USPS or UPS website to check your package’s status.

Why does my tracking status show "delivered" but I haven’t received my package?

It can be frustrating when a package is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived yet. In many cases, packages may be scanned as delivered a day or two early. We recommend waiting an extra day or two, as your package is likely still on its way.

Also, be sure to check:

  • Any overflow or larger mailboxes (if available)
  • With neighbors or around your home (side doors, porches, etc.)

My package was in the heat for a long time before I brought it inside. Are my products still ok?

No need to worry! Most of Manna's products are heat stable. Even for those that aren't, brief exposure to outdoor heat won't compromise their quality. It would take extremely high temperatures for an extended period to cause any issues. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer support team!

How do I return my order for a refund?

We’re happy to help with your return! Just reach out to our customer care team by phone or email, and we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed return instructions.
