We recognize that every product has a defect rate, and when your customer receives a product that does not function properly, we ensure a fast and effective, single source, on-site service event to maximize efficiency and minimize interrupting your customer’s life. We manage all the details including calling your customer prior to the delivery to schedule an appointment, delivering the new unit, providing either Basic or Deluxe service which includes a certified technician, and then shipping the defective product back to your warehouse or repair depot.
We offer your clients a 4-hour delivery window as well as provide them with our toll free number and a tracking number so they are always informed about the progress of the exchange.
